Helping people put their experience into words.

A live web product exploring how people can understand their experience, find relevant opportunities and create useful application material without losing the facts that make it theirs.

Real experience. Useful application material.

  1. Experience
  2. Clarity
  3. Opportunity

The outcome

On 4 October 2026, I reviewed and accepted a final CV and cover letter produced through the product. That was a concrete output milestone, with further development continuing.

01

The purpose

Putting years of experience into a useful application is difficult. People need help finding a clear story in what they have done, while keeping the details accurate and their own voice intact.

With CHNGE, I am working on the journey from existing experience to relevant opportunities and application material people can actually use.

02

My responsibility

I lead the product direction, make decisions about the user journey and oversee delivery. I review the results and decide whether the experience and output meet the intended purpose.

I test the product against real work of my own. When something is wrong, I want the underlying behaviour corrected for other users too, rather than a special fix for my profile.

03

The decisions that mattered

Protect the facts, keep the writing natural

A useful draft should read like a person wrote it. It should not add responsibilities, outcomes or numbers that the evidence does not support.

Separate visibility from recommendation

Being able to see an opportunity is different from being told it is a good fit. Those decisions need to be clear to the person using the product.

Respect the work already done

Setup should be resumable, account information should stay within its proper boundaries and corrections should not casually overwrite useful work.

Look at the result

Activity alone is not progress. I want to know whether someone has moved towards a useful outcome.

04

What happened

On 4 October 2026, I reviewed the actual final CV and cover letter and accepted them. That was a meaningful milestone: useful documents, checked against my experience, rather than a promising screen or draft.

Resumable setup, clearer account boundaries, source classification and outcome reporting have since been released. The product is live and still in active development. The quality of opportunity recommendations remains something to evaluate through real use.

05

What I learned

The quality of an AI-assisted product depends on the decisions around it: what counts as evidence, when to ask for clarification, what to preserve and how to check the result.

A completed output is a useful milestone. It is also a reason to look carefully at the next part of the journey.

What stays with me

Good assistance makes the person clearer. It does not make up a more impressive person.
